- You have any flu like symptoms including FEVER, COUGH or SHORTNESS OF BREATH

For the safety and security of yourself and other users of this facility, Council ask that you Sign-In/Out on entering and leaving these facilities. We collect limited information so that we can contact you in the case of an emergency, and ask that you read and understand the conditions of entering this workplace.
